We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst with a strong background in GameDev to join our growing team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and lead the company’s product and marketing analytics direction

• Maintain and enhance dashboards and analytical tools

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Monetization, UA, and Game Design teams

• Improve and optimize the data warehouse (DWH) and data collection processes

• Drive the development of the Data Science stream (predictive models, LTV, player clustering, etc.)

• Manage and mentor a team of analysts: set KPIs, conduct reviews, and build efficient internal processes

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Higher technical education

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, including 1+ year in a lead role

• Proven experience in game analytics

• Strong command of Python and SQL (preferably Snowflake or BigQuery)

• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)

• Solid knowledge of probability theory and statistics, including A/B testing

• Hands-on experience with machine learning models and statistical methods

• Experience with mobile attribution tools (Adjust or Appsflyer)
