Senior 3D Artist

We at Space Trace are looking for a Senior 3D Artist who will:

Requirements:

• Have 4+ years of experience in 3D art.

• Good knowledge of Russian.

• Have similar experience in a Senior/Experienced position.

• Work with the art director on in-game graphics in various styles.

• Be a visionary 3D artist with a comprehensive and strong set of hard skills as well as experience in teamwork with other departments.

• Be capable of leading and developing a diverse team of specialists, improving the skills of the art team. 

• Make decisions, reviews, and share feedback on important visual design choices.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and review tasks assigned to the 3D team members and communicate the progress of work and roadblocks that could impact agreed-upon schedules.

  • Support the 3D team with feedback and expertise. Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

  • Ensure all assets are optimized for animation and efficient in-engine performance.

  • Craft high and low-poly 3D assets to the best industry standards while implementing efficient pipelines.

  • Setting materials, textures, lighting arrangement and rendering.

  • Research industry developments and explore new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and content production.

  • Faithfully translate 2D concepts into expressive 3D models.

  • Participate in marketing assets creation.

  • Build positive working relationships and participate in team meetings.
