Lead 3D Animator

tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.

Fantastic Signals Studio consists of game development professionals who come from various studios. We love both playing and developing complex, in-depth games. Currently, we are developing an atmospheric PC Immersive Sim. The project has not been announced yet and is in the pre-production phase.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire process of creating animations for characters, animals, and various creatures, both in-house and outsourced

• Collaborate with the team of developers, artists, and designers to create and implement a pipeline for game animations

• Plan work and assess the risks of creating animations for the project

• Writing and maintaining necessary project documentation

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience as an animator in game development

• Participation in released commercial projects as a game animator

• Experience with game engines (Unity, UE)

• Experience in creating realistic and stylized animations
  

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of basic rigging or experience with auto-rigging

• Conversational English
