Junior Creative Designer

Our client is a fast-growing global organization with a mission to become a worldwide leader in engineering and technical consulting. Its marketing team drives brand storytelling across diverse international markets, ensuring consistent, creative, and impactful communications.

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join the global marketing team on a contract basis to support the migration of marketing collateral to Foleon, an online content creation platform. You will play a key role in reimagining and rebuilding our digital assets within Foleon, ensuring everything aligns with the brand guidelines and delivers a consistent, high-quality user experience.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer with strong digital design skills and a passion for creating engaging online content.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Support the migration of existing marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, PDFs, etc.) into the Foleon platform;

• Design and adapt layouts, graphics, and visual elements to suit digital formats and responsive design principles;

• Ensure brand consistency across all migrated assets;

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and teams to understand requirements and optimise visual presentation;

• Test and review final outputs in Foleon to ensure functionality and visual integrity;

• Provide feedback and ideas to improve templates, layouts, and workflows within Foleon.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 1–3 years of professional design experience;

• Prior experience with Foleon or similar content creation platforms (e.g., Ceros, Canva, Mailchimp, Webflow, etc.);

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;

• Experience working within established brand guidelines;

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);

• Experience creating and designing digital content such as web pages, interactive brochures, or online presentations;

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design principles;

• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency;

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
