IGaming product which is developing in a few directions — gambling and betting, is looking for a Project Manager to join our great development team in Cyprus/Riga offices.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects within the iGaming industry. 

You will work closely with our development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both software development processes and the iGaming sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product managers.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

• Track project progress and report status to senior management and clients.

• Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.

• Ensure that projects adhere to Agile or other development methodologies as appropriate.

• Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous improvement.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in software development.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUP, Microsoft Project).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
