We are looking for an HR Manager who will play a key role in forming a new team for ASI Games, a fast-growing game publishing company.
This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, defining hiring needs across departments, and building a structured onboarding process for new employees and contractors.

- Lead recruitment for new positions in publishing, analytics, and development teams 
- Collaborate with management to define staffing requirements and job profiles 
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews 
- Manage the onboarding process and maintain employee records 
- Coordinate with external recruiters and job platforms when needed 
- Create and manage ASI Games’ LinkedIn company page for recruitment and employer branding 
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management (preferably in tech or gaming) 
- Understanding of international hiring processes and freelance contracting 
- Excellent communication and organization skills 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
