We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
Main Responsibilities
Diversity Talent Sourcing: Lead initiatives to identify and engage diverse talent across multiple sourcing channels, ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive and equitable.
Talent Research Oversight: Supervise comprehensive competitor mapping, market segmentation analysis, and demographic reporting to enhance our hiring strategies as talent advisors.
Lead Generation: Generate leads for managing inbound application volumes and employee referral evaluations.
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Guide the development of sourcing strategies using niche job boards, professional networking sites, and search engines to identify both active and passive candidates.
Data Management and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of data quality through regular audits, maintenance, and cleanup of our talent systems.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
5-10 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent research
Proven track record in diversity talent sourcing and building inclusive talent pipelines in game development or adjacent industries
Expertise in conducting searches and proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant technical talent research tools
Strong research and sourcing skills with a creative approach to tackling challenging hiring requirements
A commitment to continuous improvement and a genuine curiosity for learning, with the ability to understand diverse perspectives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
Nice to have: developed candidate base
