The Role

As Head of Platform Operations & Growth, you will own the business side of TradeX—from platform performance to user growth, market strategy, and risk management. You're not just here to maintain systems—you’ll develop and scale the business, define strategic direction, build the right teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly in a high-opportunity but complex Web3 space.

This is a unique role for someone with a business-first mindset, a strategic approach to growth, and the leadership skills to take a product from early traction to scalable success.

• Define and lead the platform operations and growth strategy from ground up

• Balance platform performance, scalability, and commercial priorities

• Identify and execute new business opportunities (markets, features, partners) to grow user base and trading volume

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional ops/growth team

• Create alignment across product, tech, marketing, and compliance

• Foster a results-driven, agile culture where speed and precision coexist

Web3 Market Development

• Stay ahead of trends and competitor moves in the crypto/blockchain trading space

• Drive adoption across new and existing crypto-native audiences

• Spot and act on gaps in user experience, product-market fit, or liquidity access

Risk Management in Decentralized ecosystem

• Navigate and operate confidently in a decentralized system environments

• Design and implement internal frameworks for risk control, platform integrity, and responsible operations

• Prepare for shifts in global regulatory outlook without slowing growth

Platform Performance & Ops

• Own day-to-day platform reliability, uptime, and functionality (in collaboration with dev teams)

• Monitor KPIs (volume, latency, retention, NPS, etc.) and act fast on performance issues

• Manage vendor relationships (liquidity providers, infrastructure, third-party tools)

You’ve launched, grown, or managed tech products/business units in fast-paced environments. You’re comfortable starting from 0 and building toward 1M.

Web3 Native or Fluent

You understand the blockchain ecosystem, user behavior in crypto, and the nuances of futures trading, token mechanics, and decentralized culture.

Risk-Aware Operator

You’re not afraid of unregulated terrain—but you know how to assess risk, act responsibly, and protect the business while still moving fast.

Experience You Bring

• 7-8 years in platform/business operations, trading, or 4+ years in Web3 growth roles

• At least 3–5 years in a leadership or GM-level role, ideally within crypto or fintech

• Experience launching or scaling a Web3 or crypto trading platform is a major plus

• Strong understanding of trading dynamics, user behavior, and retention models

• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
