Head of Growth

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Head of Growth for the world's first conversational AI tutor for children. This gamification mobile app lets children practice spoken English by conversing with a virtual AI-powered cartoon character. With its engaging virtual character, speech technology, and adaptive learning, this product is making speaking practice affordable for 500 million children around the globe. It is the second largest kid’s language app globally, which is featured in 50+ countries on the App Store and Google Play every week. 

As a new Head of Growth, you will help to increasethe product’s LTV/CAC ratio by improving the App’s subscription funnel and developing web-based monetization funnels. Support the new stage of scaling.

Objectives:

• Optimizing mobile app subscription funnels to increase LTV/CAC

• Develop new web-based monetization funnels to increase subscription revenues

• Set up and manage a regular growth hacking process.

Tasks:

• Drive growth through funnel optimization:

  Strategize and generate growth hypotheses. Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven hypotheses for optimization experiments

  Set priorities 

  Manage the implementation of marketing and monetization-related features while working with designers and developers.   

  Experiment - organize tests of growth hypotheses

  Measure performance.

• Begin by working with developers and designers from the company’s product team. Build a dedicated growth team over time.

• Work with the company's in-house Creative Production team to generate creative marketing assets and engage external contractors if needed. 

• Coordinate with the company’s core Product team to plan experiments.

• Participate in the development of the product's overall strategy and plans.

• Subscription app growth expert: 3+ years of experience in Mobile App Businesses with 1M+ MAU / $1M+ MRR.

• Extensive track record of improving the LTV/CAC ratio for successful subscription apps and driving revenue growth.

• Experience with Web-to-App monetization and funnels.

• Business-level thinking: Has the ability to see the business as a whole and to achieve high-level business goals through full-funnel campaigns. 

• Product leadership. Drives growth through product management. Come up with new monetization-related features/product updates and manage their development, creating material financial outcomes. 

• Data-driven: Understand both product analytics and advertising performance measurement. Familiar with the top tools and platforms. 

• Growth Hacker: Experienced implementation or at least participation in growth-hacking processes. 

• Startup mindset. Hungry, scrappy, fast and aggressive. Achieve more with fewer resources in a shorter time. 

• Team player. Ability to fit into an existing team and collaborate in a fully remote international environment.
