Head of Games

AirConsole brings casual gaming to the living room TV. Our solution allows you to play games together on your TV without gamepads: We use the smartphone as an advanced input controller.

Our hybrid cloud platform provides instant access to over 180 original games and ports from Nintendo Switch, Steam and Xbox without the need of any additional hardware.

All you need is a TV and your phones as gamepads to play together.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We are looking for a new Head of Games that is responsible for the game content on AirConsole. This job is all about quality! You identify the customers/players needs, align the game catalog with the larger business objectives and articulate what success looks like for our content and track it with KPIs.

• You acquire successful games from Steam / Nintendo Switch / Mobile, negotiate deals with publishers.

• You manage the porting of the games to AirConsole with our porting studios and support them with the introduction of smartphone controls.

• You coordinate new game launches with the marketing team, publishers and game developers.

• You manage the external QA process for our games, iterate with the involved parties pre and post launch to assure highest possible quality.

• You work together with our community of 10’000 AirConsole developers to improve their games, report malfunctions and manage releases.

• You manage our AirConsole Store together with the Marketing department and plan new launches.

• You travel to game conferences across the globe to represent AirConsole as the Head of Games.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

You have worked in a gaming company as a producer or content manager and have released multiple successful games. You have expertise in the key KPIs of casual gaming. Most importantly, you are very entrepreneurial, have a doer attitude, are able to fix new challenges independently and are happy to get your hands dirty.

Please note that only candidates who have experience in the gaming industry will be considered for this position.
