Growth Account Manager

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Task setting and control for the technical team:

• Creating clear technical specifications for the development team.

• Prioritizing tasks and monitoring deadlines.

• Verifying implementations, testing, and identifying potential issues.

• Coordination of design and content requests:

• Formulating and assigning tasks for designers and content teams.

• Ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Optimizing workflows between the Growth team and the creative department.

• Work with growth documentation: description the results of a/b tests, UX-research in Wiki (Confluence);

• Work with databases and create clear documentation based on this data;

• Help growth team planning and control sprint & backlog;

• Help to plan and control meetings.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Understanding of Confluence and Jira;

• Basic analytics understanding (GA4, Tableau);

• Working with documentation: spreadsheet, doc.

• Basic understanding of A/B tests;

• Basic understanding of UX-Research;

• Basic understanding of web event taxonomy (GA);

• Understanding of bugs and problems on the main funnel of product.
