We are currently seeking experienced game localization linguists for the following language pairs:
Chinese to English(US)
Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)
Chinese/English to Japanese
Chinese/English to Malay
The ideal candidates should have a strong background in gaming, game translation experience, and proficiency in CAT tools such as Trados.
Job Description:
- Proficiency in game localization with a strong understanding of industry-specific terminology and processes.
- with a background in translation or related field preferred.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to translation, proofreading, LQA (Language Quality Assessment), and vendor management.
- Work closely with game developers and the publishing team to ensure high localization quality.
- Freelancer/Full-time in-house translators all will be welcomed.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
•Prior experience in game localization translation.
•Familiarity with CAT tools, such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or Crowdin etc.
•Passion for gaming and a good understanding of gaming terminology.
•Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
•with a background in translation or related field preferred.
