Our mobile framework team is looking for Game Engine Developer!

About the project

We have created our own framework for developing mobile games (supported platforms: iOS, Android, Amazon, Windows). Java is used to create game logic, which is then converted into C++ and compiled for the platforms. This approach makes development faster by eliminating the need to prepare builds when testing game logic; instead, it's enough to launch the desktop Java app.

About the team

We are a cross-functional team that helps game development teams not worry about the basics and do what they do best: make great games. With each direction, we give teams maximum autonomy in making decisions with the main goal in mind: to facilitate and speed up the production and operation of games based on our technologies. There is no red tape or long approval process; instead, there's freedom to make any decisions. We don't have strict deadlines; each team decides on their own time frame for completing a task.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Work with Java (the framework is Java-based; knowledge of Android SDK/NDK, iOS SDK, C++, Ruby, and Python will be useful but is not a requirement)

• Develop and improve the internal Java game engine

• Optimize rendering performance and asset management pipeline

• Prepare proof-of-concept demonstrations of new engine capabilities

• Improve documentation and collaborate with project teams to improve engine functionality

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

We are looking for a developer who will work on the engine part of the framework (UI, rendering, animation, pathfinding, etc.). The developer's task will be to provide a convenient and stable API for game development teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Java or C++ development

• Experience programming graphics using OpenGL, DirectX, or Vulkan

• Motivation to understand someone else's code and make it better

• Experience in the gaming industry is desirable
