Maintain the existing in‑game economy and design economies for new features, including modeling, tuning, balancing, and monitoring key metrics to improve KPIs and deliver an engaging experience.
Balance virtual goods: define demand, interdependencies, and lifecycle.
Optimize feature performance through configuration and A/B testing.
Collaborate with producers, game designers, analysts, and the engineering team.
Create and maintain economy/balance documentation to serve as a development reference.
