We are looking for a Middle/Senior Game Designer to join our friendly team of experts.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop core and meta gameplay as well as new features and events for live-ops

• Develop internal economics and improve game monetization

• Work with analytics: derive hypotheses based on metrics

• Create and keep the game design documentation up to date

• Collaborate with the development team to achieve the best result

• Monitor competitor apps and look for potentially useful features in games of different genres

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience as a game designer in F2P projects

• Experience with IAP monetization of casual games

• Experience with mahjong, sorting, and solitaire mechanics will be a plus

• Experience operating a released game

• Experience creating game design documentation from scratch

• Experience with hybrid monetization with an emphasis on IAPs

• Experience with analytics; data-driven approach is a must

• Excellent communication skills: ability to explain the direction and the desired results to the team

• Ability to articulate and convey thoughts in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing
