Game Designer

AYA GAMES is a mobile game developer focused on international markets. We create entertainment applications in the Action-Adventure genre and beyond, targeting Latin America, South Asia, and Africa. Our goal is to develop high-quality, cutting-edge products with precise and detailed localization.

Currently, our teams are working on several innovative projects, each designed for a specific region and audience. To support our growing projects and expand into new frontiers in the mobile gaming industry, we are looking for a talented Game Designer.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Writing GDD, improving existing features, and developing new ones

• Overseeing and approving features

• Working with game economy

• Collaborating on UI/UX

• Developing FTUE (First-Time User Experience)

• Analyzing game metrics and finding solutions for improvements

• Managing developer dashboards (Google Play, App Store, AppGallery, Xsolla)

• Balancing core and meta features (difficulty curves, probabilities, monetization points)

• Running events

• Level design

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer

• Experience with mid-core projects is a must

• Experience in multiplayer genres and open-world games is a plus
