• Develop game mechanics and features

• Design balance economy systems

• Help fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feeling

• Create clear and concise design documents

• Generate ideas, inspire your teammates, give and receive feedback, and critique respectfully

• Able to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in working with city-builder/farm-simulator games

• 2+ years of game design experience with at least one shipped game

• Experience with the free-to-play model

• Knowledge of mobile free-to-play game monetization strategies and advertising techniques

• Awareness of free-to-play market trends, technology advancements, and general progression within the games industry
