Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

▪️ Calculate the in-game economy based on mechanics and in-game events and calculate the game balance for a range of entities in the game;

▪️ Create and verify hypotheses and detect vulnerabilities in the game;

▪️ Interact with the analytics department, game design team, and project development team;

▪️ Evaluate the performance of mechanics and game events;

▪️ Maintain documentation, upgrade and make changes on the game economy and balance.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

▪️Experience working as a Game Designer or Game Balance Designer on at least one published game;

▪️ Confident understanding of game economy balance principles;

▪️ Knowledge of P2E project monetization and building a meta-game and game progress of P2E AAA projects;

▪️ Knowledge of probability theory, linear algebra, and mathematics.

🧑‍💻WILL BE A PLUS:

▪️Rich gaming experience, especially in P2E games or AAA games;

▪️ Basic programming (scripts) / SQL skills;

▪️ Knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs of game projects;

▪️ Experience with Unreal Engine.
