VALUES VALUE, the main expert in gamedev is looking for a Lead User Acquisition for one of the clients.

Our client is a new-generation games partner for top independent development studios, with a focus on the rapidly growing mobile and tablet markets. The company empowers elite developers with expert resources, operational support, and funding to give carefully selected games mainstream success.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

— Lead User Acquisition will lead the UA team in the Ukrainian studio to provide developer partners with the best UA service offering of the market.
— Build and groom a brand-new UA team successfully.
— Own UA service across a portfolio of awesome games spanning a variety of channels worldwide.
— Maximize ROAS for each game, channel and user cohort, ensuring acquired customers meet objectives for overall revenue and volume.
— Collaborate with creative teams to construct exciting campaigns, landing pages, creative directions, and messaging.
— Work closely with the Data team to consistently upgrade and enhance our UA Tech.
— Work with the rest of UA team and help the company to become a beacon of UA excellence on the mobile apps market.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

— Positive attitude, passion for games, and a love for problem-solving.
— 4+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns.
— Experience in building a team of successful people
— Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CPC, CPA, and payback period.
— Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and creative, copy, and landing page development.
