We are looking for a cool CTO for RedPad Games. You will work on a project that will change the vision of the post-apocalypse that in development for more than 3 years.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Define development practices within the framework of the platform, how product teams should use the platform, what needs to be done in the platform and what is in the product;

Determine the vector of development of the code base, architecture and infrastructure;

Develop team engineers;

Manage researches and large refactorings;

I participate in making product and technical decisions;

Make researches at the junction of the competencies of different subcommands in order to draw a clear boundary and fill in the gaps in the team's knowledge.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Experience in industrial development from 8 years;

Experience in managing technical teams (up 10 developers) from 3 years;

Experience in gamedev from 3 years;

Experience in UE development more than 3 years.

Experience in conducting technically complex projects, coordinating the efforts of several teams;

A big plus will be the experience of developing MMO projects or services games.
