Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We are game development studio, located in Warsaw, Poland. We are the team of talented programmers, artists with the passion of creating games. Our professional interest is AAA and AA games for consoles, especially Nintendo Switch and PS4/5, PC platforms. However, we have strong experience developing games for Mobile (iOS, Android) and VR.

Responsibilities:

• Leading game development team, that working on different projects from AA to AAA scale;

• Working closely with BizDev team;

• Providing financial estimates for the projects;

Our requirements

• Strong knowledge of C++/C# programming and practices.(UE4/5/Unity)

• Experience with Lua and Python 

• Excellent debugging and performance analysis skills.

• Experience architecting and debugging threaded systems.

• Strong design sensibilities in UX and/or game design.

• Experience with team management (10-30devs)

• Engineering background in AAA/AA games in the console and PC space. 

• Experience in engineering leadership of game development.

• Deep understanding of multiple areas of development, including runtime, tooling, and online services.

• A track record of delivering technology in a shared authoring environment.

• Excellent and persuasive communicator, able to represent the studio in both private and public spheres.

• A desire and ability to mentor and grow a team of software developers.

• An interest in spending some portion of time hands on, building technology directly.

• A love of games.

• Experience growing a game engineering team from scratch.
