We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just follow the CS community but feels its pulse. Trends, key moments, and fresh topics — you’ll find them, break them down, and turn them into engaging content.If you know what drives the CS scene and can turn news and trends into viral posts, memes, and videos, we are already waiting for your CV!

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Track viral trends and fresh news in Counter-Strike across top platforms;

• Watch content from streamers, bloggers, and esports pros, spotting key moments worth sharing;

• Create engaging content — memes, interactive posts, short-form videos, and more;

• Pitch and develop unique content series that will set us apart from competitors;

• Collaborate with designers — briefing them on visuals that match your vision;

• React quickly to new updates, esports highlights, and community buzz;

• Analyze content performance, test new formats, and optimize based on audience feedback;

• Engage with the community, spark discussions, and create content that people want to share.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• You’ve got more than a year of experience in content creation — SMM, YT, TikTok, or similar;

• You’re an experienced Counter-Strike player who lives and breathes the game;

• You know the early versions, major updates, and how the game has evolved over time;

• You stay on top of every CS, Dota update, esports event, and community buzz;

• You’re fluent in game mechanics and terminology — no explanations needed;

• You write in a way that hooks people and keeps them reading (and liking);

• You don’t just post content - you create viral moments;

• You’re quick to spot trends and generate fresh ideas in real time;

• You’re active on X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok and know where to find the hottest info;

• You understand how social media works—even if you don’t have formal SMM experience.
  

  Will be a plus:

• You’ve worked on your own CS content and know how to engage an audience;

• You have a sharp sense of humor and know how to make posts fun and relatable;

• Experience or knowledge of Dota 2 will give you extra credit.
