Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Target:

Create and manage short-form video content across multiple social media platforms to drive audience engagement and account growth.

Tasks:

• Register and set up multiple social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Threads, etc.);

• Manage multi-account operations using proxies, VPN, and anti-detect tools;

• Produce short videos (5–30 sec) with strong hooks, high retention, and clear calls to action;

• Use AI tools (Veo3, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) for content generation, voiceover, and editing;

• Basic video editing: cutting, subtitles, AI effects, link masking;

• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, reach, engagement), test content hypotheses, and optimize;

• Collaborate with designers and editors for scaling successful creatives.

Account growth rate, CTR, engagement, reach, content output volume, and successful creative tests.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in creating short-form video content for social media;

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush, InShot or similar);

• Experience with AI tools for content generation and editing;

• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and visual triggers;

• Skills in managing multiple accounts with anti-detect tools, mobile emulators, and proxies;

• Ability to analyze metrics and optimize content for performance;

• English at a level sufficient to work with tools and online resources;

• Plus: experience in viral content creation and scaling social media accounts.
