• Supervise product portfolio;

• Create and supervise LiveOps strategy;

• Work closely with the engineering, production and art teams;

• Analyze user metrics, usability studies and competitive information to present product launch debrief;

• Conduct market research, collaborate with stakeholders and partners to define requirements for new products and features;

• Supervise developing game concepts, verifying the main mechanics, estimating mechanics viability, creating and developing Game Design vision;

• Oversee creation of monetization settings of the game projects, prioritizing user stories and feature requirements for Development;

• Cooperate with key partners, discover new business opportunities.

• Solid and successful experience in puzzle games development (successful products portfolio required);

• LiveOps experience;

• Solid knowledge of game and mobile application trends and features, UI/UX, platform specific behaviors and best practices;

• Solid knowledge of game/product design;

• Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills;

• High analytical skills;

• Ability to analyze the market;

• Knowledge of monetization trends and common tendency of mobile market;

• Good knowledge of mobile f2p-games market;

• Deep understanding of game mechanics;

• Extensive experience shipping mobile apps and games.
