Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We at Values Value are supporting our client — a fast-growing game startup — in the search for a CEO with a strong marketing background.
The CEO’s strategic mission is to execute the company strategy leading to an exit, by building a strong, cohesive, and compact expert team, defining and delivering a scalable product strategy, ensuring modern, data-driven marketing, and developing an efficient infrastructure for rapid, high-quality scaling.
The CEO will be fully accountable for long-term value creation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across all functions.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, competitive positioning, and marketing-driven growth strategy, in alignment with the Board of Directors.

• Ensure achievement of financial targets and strategic objectives in both short- and long-term horizons.

• Act as the public face of the company, building its reputation and developing relationships with key stakeholders, board members, and strategic partners.

• Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks.

• Lead the systemic integration of AI across core business functions — marketing, analytics, product development, and game production — to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining a compact, high-performance organization.

• Provide final approval of operational plans prepared by the executive leadership team.
  

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Participate in shaping and approve the overall product strategy and development standards.

• Approve KPIs, ROI benchmarks, and make final decisions on project launches.

• Ensure scalability of product and production processes.

• Drive AI adoption across the full product lifecycle — from concept and production to monetization and live operations — with a strong focus on financial outcomes.
  

Analytics & Data Management

• Define the strategic direction of analytics and business intelligence.

• Implement high-quality data standards and AI-powered forecasting tools to support executive decision-making.

• Build a robust analytics infrastructure ensuring transparency, accuracy, and real-time visibility of all key business metrics.
  

Marketing (Core Requirement)

• Define, approve, and personally own the marketing strategy and growth model.

• Ensure efficient performance marketing operations, including traffic acquisition, creative production, and collaboration with freelance and external production resources.

• Drive the implementation of AI-based solutions for predictive analytics, campaign personalization, and continuous ROI optimization.

• Maintain a strong hands-on understanding of marketing economics, funnels, creatives, and scaling mechanics.

Prior hands-on marketing leadership experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Team & HR Leadership

• Build, lead, and develop a strong executive team, ensuring fast onboarding, motivation, accountability, and results.

• Approve HR strategy, budgets, hiring plans, and key people initiatives.

• Oversee execution of the HR and operational plans.

• Personally shape and reinforce company culture, values, and leadership standards.

• Clearly communicate strategy internally and externally.
  

Finance & Capital Management

• Ensure attraction, allocation, and efficient use of financial resources.

• Approve budgets and control key financial indicators.

• Apply predictive financial models and AI-driven analytics for proactive performance management.
