We are seeking a strategic and analytical Manager to help build, validate, and drive the commercial and operational roadmap for a key component of Aristocrat’s ALL Game 2030 Strategy. This role is central to shaping how we assess market opportunities, justify business investments, and structure our platform to create value across our land-based and online gaming ecosystems.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, is self-driven, and combines strong commercial acumen with rigorous data analysis. This individual will be a key contributor to evaluating new markets, prioritizing platform capabilities, developing business cases, and working cross-functionally with product, technology, finance, and commercial teams to bring the new strategy to life.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain robust business cases for new and evolving strategic capabilities, including revenue modeling, cost assumptions, TAM sizing, and ROI analysis.

  • Collaborate with product and technology leads to scope features and forecast associated implementation and operational costs.

  • Perform strategic and competitive analysis to evaluate market positioning, customer demand, and whitespace opportunities across both gaming and payments.

  • Drive internal alignment and prioritization by framing tradeoffs in terms of financial impact, complexity, and strategic fit.

  • Translate financial and commercial insights into clear recommendations for executive audiences.

  • Support M&A diligence efforts related to platform strategy, including the analysis of market potential, synergy opportunities, and business integration.

  • Partner with cross-functional workstream leads to connect strategic priorities to execution roadmaps.

  • Work with the finance team to track performance against business case targets and flag material deviations early.

  • Prepare board-level materials, SteerCo decks, and other executive deliverables in support of platform milestones.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate strategy, business operations, product strategy, consulting, or finance roles with a focus on commercial analysis.

  • Exceptional ability to work independently and own cross-functional workstreams from start to finish.

  • Strong command of financial modeling, business case development, and data-driven analysis.

  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts and deliver concise, executive-level narratives.

  • Experience working in or with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and data/analytics.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a bias for clarity and impact.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, payments, gaming, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

  • Deeply Analytical, with a strategic mindset and operational orientation.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and pace.

  • Intellectually curious with a strong commercial sense.

  • Experience in an M&A-heavy or transformation-heavy environment.

Travel Expectations

Pay Range

$127,804 - $237,351 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
