4Tale Production is expanding its team and looking for an experienced BizDev Manager who can establish partnerships with publishers, attract investments for projects, and develop outsourcing services. We offer full-cycle game development and outsourcing (game development, art, animation, and more). If you know how to close successful deals, scale business, and expand client networks in the gaming industry, let’s talk!

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Searching for and establishing partnerships with publishers, investors, platforms, and game studios.

• Negotiating and closing deals for game publishing.

• Attracting investments for game development and project expansion.

• Developing and expanding outsourcing services – full-cycle game development, art, animation, and technical support.

• Actively seeking new clients, including developers and publishers in the USA, Europe, China, Korea, and CIS countries.

• Crafting and executing strategies for game market expansion.

• Attending gaming conferences (GDC, Gamescom, ChinaJoy, etc.) to network and explore new opportunities.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in business development in the gaming industry (mandatory).

• Proven track record of successful deals: contracts with publishers, investment attraction, outsourcing collaborations.

• Own client base in game development, publishing, or outsourcing.

• Experience working with publishers, investors, and game studios.

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.

• English B2+ – confident in handling business communications.

• Understanding of the gaming market, monetization strategies, publishing deals, and investment models.
