At least 1 year of experience as an Art Lead.
Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating casual-style art.
Proficiency in industry-standard software.
Ability to provide clear feedback and guide a team.
Understanding of mobile game art trends and optimization.
Good communication skills in English.
