Art Director

An experienced Art Director is needed in a young and cheerful team of hardened gamers of RedPad Games. You will be working on the development of our MMO project, which will change the view of the post-apocalyptic collapse.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

- Create a graphic style that corresponds to the business objectives of the project;

- To bring the tasks of the art direction of the project to early access;

- Broadcast design ideas and concepts to performers and monitor the quality of performance;

- Optimize the pipeline of asset creation and monitor compliance with deadlines;

- Organize the production process by setting short-term and long-term goals and objectives.

- Describe tasks to performers, give edits and overs. Monitor the quality of task execution;

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- Successful experience in the leadership position of Art Director or Art Lead;

- Availability of released projects in the above positions;

- Understanding 3D and 2D art pipelines;

- At least 5 years of experience in the gaming industry;

- Experience in managing an art department of 20+ people;

- Having your own portfolio of works;

- Understanding the specifics of the development of large 3D projects;
