Analytics Lead

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Analytics Lead whom we will entrust with scaling analytics, shaping data strategy, and driving product growth through insights.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Leading and developing the analytics team, including training, motivation, and professional growth of employees;

• Setting priorities, planning team workload, and ensuring timely delivery of key projects;

• Collaborating with the UA department to enhance marketing effectiveness;

• Collaborating with the Production department to improve revenue growth;

• Designing and running A/B tests, as well as analyzing and interpreting their results;

• Conducting research and uncovering new insights from data to support business decision-making;

• Building and maintaining analytical standards, best practices, and workflows to ensure consistency and high quality across all insights and reports.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry;

• Understanding of marketing and gaming metrics (LTV, ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU);

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and A/B testing; 

• Experience with databases, proficient in SQL; 

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis; 

• Ability to present the results of analyses and research;

• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI);

• Understanding of ad monetization flow principles.
