The company is looking for an experienced Casino Account Manager to play a key role in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
💼 Responsibilities:
🎯 Build and maintain strong relationships with casino clients — act as their main point of contact;
⚙️ Oversee operational processes, integrations, and ensure smooth performance of games and services;
📣 Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities with the creative and marketing teams to enhance player retention and revenue;
📊 Analyze player data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and product improvements;
📈 Stay up-to-date with market trends, client business drivers, and regulations to provide strategic insights and solutions;
🤝 Collaborate closely with internal teams — support, marketing, tech, and product;
🚀 Support new client onboarding, updates, and integrations;
🧾 Prepare regular reports on account status, KPIs, and business insights for management.
📌 Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of experience as a Casino Account Manager / BizDev in iGaming;
🎯 Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
⚙️ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
🎮 Understanding of online casino games, mechanics, and player behavior;
