At Aya Games, we're developing a mobile open-world RPG — Riorise.
We're currently looking for a 3D Art Lead to take charge of our 3D team on the project.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Leading the 3D team: setting tasks, mentoring, and supporting the growth and development of 3D artists;
Building and optimizing the 3D production pipeline;
Ensuring the quality of the art and consistency with the visual style of the game;
Solving challenges at all stages of content creation.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
3+ years of experience as a 3D Lead Artist in game development;
5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist;
Proficiency with 3ds Max (or other 3D software), Photoshop, Substance Painter;
Experience creating art for mobile platforms;
Deep understanding of the game art production pipeline;
Experience with Unity is a plus;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow a team;
Solid management of art processes and the ability to work under tight deadlines
