In WehireAI Inc. (a Delaware C-Corp.) we believe that control on personal data should be given back to users for better personal decision making. A job candidate passes game-based assessment on a mobile phone everybody has. A digital profile of a candidate is compared to the one of a top performing best employee of the company. A candidate is being advised on a dream jobs that fits personality and traits. Only those candidates that meet top performing criteria at a given vacancy are invited for an interview.

We have one patent and a PCT priority for 121 countries. We've added facial micro-emotions' recognition with the help of mobile phone camera. All personal data is elaborated in a mobile phone and not transferred or sold to any third party. These ethical values make us different from competitors.

So far game development was outsourced to a very experienced studio. We're ready to take the lead and proceed with in-house development.

As a junior developer, you'll need to understand and become comfortable with the code of 4 puzzle games that was done prior you (frontend on C#, Unity, iOS and Android). All games run from a single application, and UI is scalable for all screen sizes and aspect ratios without coding.

We would like you to proceed the frontend game development and embed 16 more puzzle games using the same technology stack and environment.

It's expected a lot of trial and error iterations with our backend to make the games measure psychometric parameters that our scientists need.

We'll then need you to run facial emotions' recognition plugins on top of Unity. We've tested that third-party plugins work well. Later we'll need to connect our proprietary ones.

We'll proceed increasing the number of such puzzle games and develop new iOS and Android native Apps.

At first, our in-house development team will be overseen by the outsourcing partner that did development before. You may lack some of the knowledge, but a portfolio of your prior projects is absolutely necessary, so we may learn what you are capable of and what expertise is still necessary to develop. In addition, you need to speak English well at an Upper Intermediate level or above.
