For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the full voice-over production process, ensuring high-quality output from casting to final recording.

Monitor recording sessions (supervision) to guarantee alignment between localized scripts and voice actor delivery.

Collaborate closely with localization teams to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy in voice performances.

Provide linguistic feedback and supervise script reviews, with the ability to proofread or adjust translations when needed.

Coordinate with audio engineers, project managers, and external partners to ensure smooth production workflows.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

🎯 Requirements:

Strong understanding of supervision processes of VO dubbing.

Proven experience in voice-over production and/or localization QA.

Ability to supervise recording sessions and provide linguistic/creative direction to voice talent.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language expertise in one or more of the following:

English

Japanese

Korean

Latin American Spanish

Brazilian Portuguese

✨ Preferred:

Prior experience in game localization.

Translation or proofreading experience in any of the target languages.

Familiarity with studio workflows and audio production tools.
