Game Analyst

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and publishers but also a team of around 70 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. We are the first remote company, having an office in Bydgoszcz.

We are seeking a talented Game Analyst to work on a boxing-leading game in the industry!!! Vivid Games is one of the best Polish mobile game developers. For over a decade, we’ve been working on amazing games including Real Boxing, the world’s best and most recognizable mobile boxing franchise. As a Game Analyst, you will work closely with a multi-disciplined team of professionals!  

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Real Boxing
• Genres: Fighting, Casual
• Platforms: iOS, Android, Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Preparing game performance reports and recommendations based on the events,

• Analyzing game performance data that leads to a better understanding of player behavior and expectation (game economy and balance, player behavior, and the influence of external factors),

• Developing and presenting comprehensive presentations to the team that provide insights and recommendations for feature implementation and enhancements,

• Developing player segmentation to adapt gameplay to user experience,

• Designing and optimizing algorithms responsible for managing mobile apps' monetization process,

• Help prepare and then conduct A/B tests,

• Assistance in creating architecture and analytical tools, eg. game dashboards..

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics; experience in-game data analytics is an asset,

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL; experience with big data is an asset,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets,

• Extensive knowledge of Big Query,

• Ability to look at large complex data sets and formulate meaningful conclusions,

• Exceptional analytical thinking skills,
