🎮 About the project:
We are looking for a Technical Artist with deep hands-on expertise in Unreal Engine 5, a strong grasp of shader creation, and experience supporting the artistic pipeline to join the development of an established single-player adventure title, part of a globally recognized franchise.
This person will work closely with both artists and developers to deliver performant, visually compelling, and technically sound content across PC and console platforms.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Own and support content-related systems in Unreal Engine 5, ensuring alignment with Art Direction and performance budgets.
Develop tools in Blueprints to streamline workflows for artists and support gameplay prototyping.
Create and maintain complex, real-time shaders and advanced materials for environments, VFX, and gameplay features.
Optimize 3D assets and materials to maintain high visual fidelity while ensuring strong performance across platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with art, design, and engineering teams to solve content-related technical challenges.
Support multi-platform deployment, especially for projects targeting both PC and consoles.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven expertise in Unreal Engine 5.
Proficiency in Blueprints, especially for tool development and gameplay support.
Strong understanding of shader programming and material creation.
Experience with asset optimization and understanding of its impact on performance.
Prior experience with profiling tools and performance debugging.
Hands-on experience in delivery projects for PC and console.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work in an English speaking team
Portfolio showcasing shader/material work, tools and optimization examples.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of procedural content creation tools (Houdini, Unreal PCG).
Experience mentoring or supporting other artists in a tech-art role.
