Service Support Representative

As a Service Support Representative, you will be a vital part of our outstanding team, ensuring the seamless operation of our Multi-Site Progressives (MSP) systems. This role goes beyond just maintaining systems; it's about promoting a culture of excellence and ambition within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

What You'll Do

• Monitor all MSP system operations continuously to ensure flawless performance.

• Answer support phone calls, resolve issues on first contact, or advance them as necessary.

• Provide operational and maintenance support for MSP systems operations and installations.

• Maintain agreements and logs according to established procedures.

• Coordinate resources for MSP installations across North America.

• Keep all documentation concerning MSP up-to-date and meticulously organized.

• Record jackpot meter readings and facilitate jackpot verification processes.

• Verify accurate EGM information for game activation and deactivation.

• Log, track issues, and follow auditing procedures in a high-volume work environment.

• Follow through on outstanding issues daily to ensure successful resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Proven ability to effectively multitask in a high-pressure environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with outside departments for blocking issues and problem resolutions.

• Proficiency in logging and tracking issues, ensuring meticulous auditing procedures.

• Capable of monitoring and responding to server and application systems alerts.

• Administrative skills, including reviewing and finalizing documentation and auditing paperwork.

• Ability to provide overflow support for NSSC Support calls as needed.

• Dedication to maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.

• Flexibility to undertake other duties as assigned to meet team goals.
