What kind of professional are we looking for?
Lead the design and implementation of gameplay mechanics, systems, and progression tailored for session-based and cooperative experiences.
Develop detailed game modes, balance team-based interactions, and optimize matchmaking systems.
Oversee the creation of levels and scenarios emphasizing vehicle gameplay dynamics.
Document gameplay systems and mechanics in detailed Game Design Documents (GDD).
Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure the quality and consistency of game concepts.
Mentor junior designers and establish design standards and best practices within the team.
Analyze player feedback and in-game data to refine and enhance gameplay experiences.
Balance and fine-tune in-game systems, including vehicle parameters, economy, and equipment.
At least 5 years of experience in game design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Strong expertise in designing game systems, progression, and meta-game elements.
Proficiency with level design tools (e.g., Unreal Engine or other editors).
Experience with cooperative, session-based, and vehicle-focused gameplay.
Ability to lead teams and manage complex design processes.
Analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading projects with PVP, PVE, or asymmetric game modes.
Familiarity with session-based game design principles, including monetization and player retention strategies.
Proficiency in analytics tools for evaluating gameplay effectiveness.
Knowledge of scripting languages or Blueprints.
Proven ability to develop unique mechanics or nonlinear gameplay experiences.
