We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably within the slot gaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and regulatory compliance of our slot games. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in slot game testing, compliance testing, and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and the defect life cycle. Proficiency in Linux, C++, and test management tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of slot game mechanics and math models is highly preferred.
What you'll do:
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, integration, load, and performance testing specific to slot games
Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test coverage gap analysis to enhance test effectiveness
Leverage JIRA for defect management and Confluence for maintaining detailed test documentation and compliance reports
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to refine testing methodologies and ensure high-quality releases
Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodology
Perform basic Linux commands and review C++ logs to assist in debugging
Conduct regulatory compliance testing based on jurisdictional requirements for slot games
Provide technical and process-related guidance to local and remote QA team members
Communicate with different Accredited Test Facilities (ATF’s) and Regulatory Bodies for quick resolution of issues
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in QA testing
Strong understanding of slot game mechanics, math models, and RNG principles. (preferred)
Experience in RNG verification, RTP evaluation, payout validation, and game cycle analysis. (preferred)
Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards for different markets (US, Europe, Australia, Asia, etc.)(preferred)
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other test management tools
Solid understanding of QA methodologies (Black Box, Smoke, Regression, UAT etc.), tools, and processes
Experience with functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Basic knowledge of Linux and C++ for debugging and analyzing game logic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to mentor and guide junior QA engineers
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of an automation testing framework

$101,941 - $189,320 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
