We are happy to announce that we are looking for a Recruiter for our Joyteractive Team!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to independently lead the recruitment function within the company.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: from intake briefing and crafting job descriptions to offer negotiation and onboarding initiation

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on market insights and hiring strategy

• Own and maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate database in our ATS (Ashby)

• Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to building a high-performing hiring function

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Over 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment overall, with at least 1 year specifically in GameDev

• Demonstrated strength as a Networker with an extensive network in GameDev community

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with Hiring Managers, recognizing that the speed and quality of outcomes rely on collaborative efforts

• Extensive experience in sourcing high-quality candidates across diverse roles

• Skilled in utilizing various interview techniques to uncover candidate potential and ensure a seamless candidate journey

• Capable of assessing candidates based on competencies, identifying risks, and determining team compatibility

• Exceptiont communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent Russian, Intermediate+ English
