Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world.

Role: We are looking for a talented Game Designer (Feature Owner) who will help the team develop Total Battle for years to come. The ideal candidate would be prepared to take full ownership of game features, designing systems that engage new players and thrive within the game’s complex economy and deeply interactive multiplayer environment.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Taking full ownership of features — from idea to post-release — ensuring consistent contribution to product goals through hands-on game design work.

• Developing feature concepts and writing clear game design documents for the development team.

• Decomposing features into detailed tasks and delegating them effectively across the development team, with the support of a project manager.

• Mentoring game designers on the feature team, providing feedback, and reviewing their work for quality.

• Researching other games on the market and analyzing their features through deconstruction.

• Analyzing game statistics — with the help of a data analyst — to evaluate feature performance and make data-driven design decisions.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a game designer on a live service project.

• Have at least 1 year of experience owning features end-to-end — from idea to post-release.

• Be confident in balancing game systems, working with spreadsheets, configuring gameplay data, and writing clear in-game text.

• Think systematically and communicate ideas clearly.

What is important for us in a person?

• Want to work on the game for years to come, accumulating experience with every goal achieved.

• Have extensive gaming experience in F2P games, preferably mobile 4X strategy games.

• Be prepared to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus — we don’t work remotely and collaborate on-site in a modern office with a strong, passionate team.
