What are you working on?
- Platforms: VR, VR/AR, AR, AR/VR, Browser, Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
🔹 Design user journeys (email, push, in-app, web) based on behavioral data
🔹 Optimize retention metrics (ARPU, churn rate, LTV and others)
🔹 Build retention curves and run A/B tests
🔹 Design onboarding experiences: welcome flows, guides, interactive tutorials
🔹 Implement loyalty programs
🔹 Collaborate with product to implement retention-focused features and content
What kind of professional are we looking for?
🔹 2+ yrs of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing and CRM in B2C products
🔹 Strong marketing mindset with a strategic and structured approach
🔹 Experience with email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
🔹 Familiarity with video streaming or content platforms is a plus
🔹 Fluent English and Russian
