Project Manager

We are looking for a communicative and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help manage ongoing updates and content for a Merge-3 game.

• The name of the project(s): Released Merge-3 game
• At what stage of the project(s)? Soft launch
• Genres: Casual, Puzzle
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

Team size and structure?

10-20 people

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Track task statuses and sprint progress

• Plan sprints in coordination with department leads

• Conduct meetings and write follow-ups

• Approve and oversee version release timelines

• Prepare reports and documentation for the producer

• Communicate effectively with the entire team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 1.5 years of experience in game development as a Project Manager or Game Designer

• Understanding of the fundamental aspects of game development

• Experience working with task trackers

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Strong communication skills

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

• Team player

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher

• Fluent Russian
