Hey there! We have one of the coolest digital design teams in Ukraine, helping IT startups from all over the world bring their projects to life.

  • Website, mobile app, and digital product design.

We’re looking for an experienced Partnership Manager — someone who understands how the international digital services market works, knows how to build real, working partnerships with product owners, CTOs, agency founders, and client-side decision makers.

This isn’t about cold mass outreach or templated sales pitches. It’s about identifying real business opportunities, negotiating strong partnerships, building trust, and turning connections into profitable deals.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Identify and establish partnerships with digital startups, IT companies, product teams, and agencies.

  • Conduct negotiations directly with founders, C-level executives, and decision makers.

  • Prepare and sign partnership agreements.

  • Develop joint projects, collaborations, and tailored service packages.

  • Track partnership performance and build long-term working relationships.

  • Expand Halo Lab’s professional network through international platforms and events.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales in digital or IT services.

  • Solid understanding of the international digital services market: product companies, SaaS, agencies.

  • Proven track record of working with C-level decision makers.

  • Strategic mindset: ability to see the long-term business value beyond a single deal.

  • Fluent English.

  • Strong negotiation, structured communication, and value-based presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and KPI tracking tools.
