For which tasks (responsibilities)?
● Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, Native (Taboola/Outbrain), Programmatic DSPs, and other tier-1 channels.
● Drive player acquisition for sweepstakes partners in US markets.
● Optimize campaigns through creative testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
● Manage and allocate budgets based on ROAS and CPA goals, with rigorous attention to cost control and performance analysis.
● Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and landing page teams to build effective funnels.
● Conduct competitive research and stay on top of iGaming market trends and regulatory shifts in US states.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
● 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience in the iGaming industry, focused on US market.
● Knowledge and understanding of the iGaming industry on US market
● Proven track record running profitable acquisition campaigns in at least two of the following: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Programmatic, or native traffic platforms.
● Deep understanding of compliance and advertising guidelines for real-money gaming operators in the US.
● Strong analytical skills, with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance dashboards (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.).
● Ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining CPA/ROAS goals.
● Proficiency with ad creative performance analysis and brief development.

● Knowledge of CRM strategies and player retention in the iGaming funnel.
