We are seeking the best Marketplace Manager to take charge of our marketplace strategy. You will optimize our Amazon presence, manage reviews, and improve product ratings. Your role will involve using Amazon marketing tools, testing ad campaign improvements, resolving marketplace issues, and creating SEO-optimized listings. You will also expand our products to new marketplaces and ensure account health.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Lead product launch and optimization strategies on Amazon

Manage reviews and enhance product ratings
Campaign Optimization: Improve ad campaigns through testing and analysis
Marketplace Support: Resolve issues with marketplace support
SEO & Listings: Create and optimize product listings with strong SEO
Marketplace Expansion: Expand products to new marketplaces
Maintain and monitor account health metrics

What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 1 year in eCommerce, specifically on Amazon

Ability to optimize Amazon Ads for ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
Strong understanding of SEO, Amazon ranking algorithms, and content optimization.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and analytics tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and GA4
Bonus: Knowledge of other marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Walmart, Otto, etc.) is a plus
