We are looking for the new superstar to join the Neighbor Franchise operations team! The new Live Operations Project Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks for our live titles and titles in development or porting phase. They will also assist the production team and be a key component of our amazing frontline team. For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Manage day-to-day tasks related to our live console and mobile games
Regularly report on the performance of the mobile titles
Suggest improvements and changes from a LiveOps perspective that will facilitate the community sentiment and title performance
Analyse, report and propose solutions and best practices for IAP and IAA monetization
Ensure the best user experience on a various platforms
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Understanding of the porting pipeline and the main stages of the porting process
Familiarity with products published on PC, consoles and (preferably) on mobile
Comfortable with game metrics, KPIs and internal stakeholders communication
Understanding of basic analytics practices and tools commonly used in game analytics
Experience in mobile gaming is a big plus, preferably in F2P sphere with IAPs and IAA monetization
4+ years of experience in one of the following positions: Game Producer, Release Manager, QA Lead or LiveOps Specialist
Comfortable with exploring new technologies, monetization strategies or schemes, and present them to the internal stakeholders
Self, independent learner
Experienced in Office / G-Suite
Experienced in Jira or other project management tools
Experience in Unity/Unreal is a plus but not a must
Advanced level of English is a must
