Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for a Junior/Middle Business Developer (Publishing) who knows the gaming market, understands how games are made, and wants to grow in building partnerships to release a hit.

Our client is a publisher of hybrid-casual games. Their team helps developers quickly test projects with live audiences, improve the games, and bring them to market.

What are you working on?
  • Genres: Casual, Hyper-casual
  • Platforms: Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Scout and onboard promising mobile indie teams and experienced mobile game developers (hybrid-casual).

  • Pitch the publishing model, negotiate deals, and build long-term win-win relationships.

  • Manage the full cycle of a publishing deal – from first contact to contract signing.

  • Evaluate projects based on gameplay, metrics (CPI, Retention, LTV, etc.), and scaling potential.

  • Represent the company at gamedev conferences: networking, pitching, and discovering hidden gems.

  • Contribute to shaping and improving internal publishing strategies and processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience in gamedev companies/publishing or at conferences related to game development.

  • Understanding of the game development industry and how games are made. Experience with the mobile games market is a big plus.

  • Proactive mindset, ability to find opportunities, and readiness to use creative approaches to scout teams.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent in English.
