Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop game mechanics, UI, animations, and effects using Phaser 3;

• Implement match-3 logic, boosters, level progression, and scoring systems;

• Optimize performance for smooth gameplay across devices (desktop and mobile);

• Integrate assets from design and art teams (sprites, audio, etc.);

• Ensure clean, modular, and maintainable code;

• Collaborate with game designers to iterate on features and gameplay feel;

• Debug and resolve issues across browsers and devices.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and Phaser 3 game framework;

• Proven experience working (3 years+) on at least one shipped or published casual or puzzle game;

• Solid understanding of 2D game development concepts: sprites, physics, tweens, state management, UI layers;

• Experience with responsive design for different screen sizes;

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment;

• English level Upper-Intermediate+

Will be a plus:

• Experience with game data management (level configs, balancing, save/load);

• Prior work on a match-3 game or similar genre;

• Experience with mobile/web optimization;

• Familiarity with tools like Tiled or Spine.
