For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving efficiency and cross-functional alignment;
Create sales strategies, market expansion plans;
Establish strategic partnerships with customers to increase revenue, identify their needs and opportunities for product development;
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities;
Maintain active team management by setting clear goals, providing development opportunities, monitoring and analyzing team KPIs;
Represent Frogo in contacts with target audience on conferences and events.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 3 years experience in B2B sales in SaaS or tech;
At least 1 year experience in managing sales team;
Proven track of records in successful B2B sales deals;
Experience in B2B sales with iGaming/Fintech industry;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
Will be plus:
Have deep knowledge of anti-fraud systems;
List of potential clients or good network of contacts within target industries.
